Caregivers

Lauren Costello, FNP

Lauren Costello is a board-certified family nurse practitioner (FNP), and has been working for Peacewell Care Consulting as a caregiver and client advocate since 2015. She currently works at New York Presbyterian-Weill Cornell’s outpatient Brain Tumor Clinic. Lauren earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Pace University, and also holds a Bachelor’s degree in communications from Boston College. Prior to working as a nurse practitioner, she worked as a registered nurse in the Neuro ICU at New York Presbyterian taking care of critically ill patients with various neurologic illnesses.

Lauren has a strong interest in maximizing client’s quality of life, and is currently enrolled in a palliative care certificate program offered by California State University.

In her free time, Lauren enjoys the beach, traveling, coaching lacrosse and exploring NYC.

Lori Costello RN MSN, CCM

Lori is the CEO and founder of Peacewell Care Consulting, an Aging Life Care Management™ service provided by Registered Nurses. Lori is a Professional Registered Nurse and Certified Case Manager who prides herself on her commitment to stay abreast of the ever-changing landscape of senior and aging research. Lori is a member of the National Academy of Certified Case Managers (NACCM) and an Advanced Professional member of the Aging Life Care Association (ALCA) and the Case Management Society of America (CMSA).

Lori is also a master’s prepared nurse educator. She earned a bachelor degree of Science in Nursing from Molloy College in Rockville Centre, New York and a Masters of Nursing Education from Long Island University/ Post in Brookville, New York. Lori has a strong clinical background in critical care, cardiac, and medical/surgical nursing and is currently a member of the Performance Improvement Team at St. Francis Hospital in Roslyn, N.Y. Her clinical experience extends to the private practice arena of concierge medicine and homecare. She has spent the last 16 years providing both inpatient and outpatient concierge care management services. Lori enjoys sharing her clinical knowledge with future nurses and is a Clinical Nursing Professor at Molloy College in Rockville Centre, N.Y., where nursing students are immersed in a medical-surgical clinical practice emphasizing human compassion, dignity, and respect.

Outside of her professional life, she also enjoys golfing, gardening, traveling and spending time with family and friends. Lori has been married to her husband Billy for over 30 years, and they have four daughters: Lauren, Caitlin, Kristen, and Julie. Lauren is a Nurse Practitioner at New York Presbyterian Hospital in New York City. Caitlin and Kristen are Registered Nurses at Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital in New York City. Julie is currently a student.

The Office Staff

Tricia Murphy, Administrative Coordinator

Tricia is a seasoned office professional, bringing many years of experience to the Peacewell Care Consulting team. For the past few years, Tricia’s exceptional organizational skills and kind, caring demeanor have been a great addition to our team.

When Tricia isn’t working to improve the everyday functions of the Peacewell office, you can find her relaxing at the beach or cheering on her kids at their athletic events.

Jennifer Costello, Administrative Staff

Jennifer brings over 15 years of experience in Business Management and Accounting with her to the Peacewell Care Consulting team. She will be assisting with the administrative duties. Jennifer has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Mount Saint Mary’s University. She is married and has two children – Thomas and Kathryn. In her spare time, she enjoys coaching her kids swim team and spending time at Lake Wallkill.
